Privacy

This is a short, plain-English summary of how Maevder handles information you send us. It's written to be readable, not exhaustive, and should be reviewed by counsel before full commercial launch.

What you may submit

If you use the request or contact forms, you may share your name, email, company or project, role, and details about your product — category, description, prototype status, target price, expected volume, motor information, timeline, links, and the decision you're trying to make. You choose what to include; only your name, email, and a few core fields are needed for us to respond.

How we use it

We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request and prepare a feasibility read. That means reviewing your product details by hand, composing the relevant reads, and replying with next steps. We do not use scorecard or contact submissions to build marketing lists, and we don't send unsolicited promotional email off the back of a request.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a scorecard.
  • We do not share your product details beyond what's needed to prepare your read.

Email communication

We reply by email, from a Maevder address, to the address you provide. If you'd rather not hear from us further after a request, tell us and we'll stop.

Form processing

If this site is connected to a form provider such as Tally or Fillout, submissions may be processed and stored by that provider on our behalf. Where that applies, that provider's handling of your data is governed by its own terms. Our scorecard request form is provided by Tally.

Data retention

We retain scorecard request submissions for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

This notice is a pre-launch placeholder intended to be clear and honest, not a complete legal document. It should be reviewed and finalized before Maevder operates commercially.
